About

She was born in Chernigov (Ukraine) on 2 May 1989.

Daria entered the vocal faculty (class of Professor Valentina Antoniuk) at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine in 2009.

In 2010 She became the Grand Prix winner of  the International  Opera Singers Contest “Solospiv” named after M. Kondratiuk (Ukraine, Kiev).

In 2011 She made her operatic stage debut at the Opera Studio of the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine in the role of Domna Saburova in Rimsky-Korsakov’s opera “The Tsar’s Bride”. Not long after, on the same stage, Daria sang Barbarina in Mozart’s “Le Nozze di Figaro”. And the next year (2012) She performed her first leading female role – Marguerite in Gounod’s opera “Faust”. Also, that year Daria won the Grand Prix at the International Opera Singers Contest named after N.Obuhova (Ukraine, Feodosia).

In 2013 She reached the semi-finals of the International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition (Poland, Warsaw) and the Montserrat Caballé International Singing Competition (Spain, Zaragoza). That year Daria first sang Zemfira in Rahmaninov’s opera “Aleko” at the Opera Studio.

In 2014 She graduated from the vocal faculty at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine and started her internship at the same educational institution.

In 2015 She was engaged as a soloist at the Kiev Municipal Theatre of Opera and Ballet where I continue to work to the present day.

In 2017 She performed as Donna Fulvia in Rossini’s opera “La Pietra del Paragone”, it was the Ukrainian premiere, which took place at the Opera Studio of the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine.

In July 2017 Daria first sang Mimi in the opera “La Boheme” by G. Puccini, which was premiered at the Kiev Municipal Theatre of Opera and Ballet.

In July 2017 She won the International Opera Singers Contest “Impreza. Opera in miniature” (Ukraine, Kamenez-Podolsky).

In November 2017 She was awarded the Grand Prix at the International Opera Singers Contest “World Classics in Ukrainian” (Ukraine, Kiev).

In November 2017 Daria finished my internship at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine.

In June 2018 She made her debut at the Lviv National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in the role of Donna Anna in Mozart’s opera “Don Giovanni”.
